Eastern Visayas State University-Burauen Campus commemorates Commission on Higher Education Day (CHED) today, May 18 at the EVSU-BC grounds attended by the faculty, staff, and students.

The activity aims to recognize and advocate quality education in accordance with R.A 11522 declaring May 18 as National Higher Education Day.

The program commenced with a motorcade along Burauen proper and a short program giving a brief overview of CHED’s historical background, mission, vision, and quality policy statement.

The program concluded with presentations from each department and trivia questions from the discussion during the activity.
