The EVSU Burauen Campus, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to
procure ICT Equipment for IGP and ITO use in accordance with Sec. 34 of the New
Government Procurement Act of RA 12009.
Quotations received exceeding the total Approved Budget for the Contract shall be
rejected.
Submit your quotation duly signed by you or your authorized representative not later
than the closing date specified in the Bid Notice Abstract posted in Philgeps website
with the following documents:
Mayor’s/Business Permit
Philgeps Registration Number
BIR
DTI
Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement
Please submit the accomplished quotation on or before the deadline.
All documents must be sealed in a brown envelope addressed to “Bids and Awards
Committee, EVSU Burauen Campus, Burauen, Leyte” properly marked with the project
title provided herein.
