Warmest congratulations to Rey Neil D. Salceda, LPT, a faculty member of Eastern Visayas State UniversityโBurauen Campus on achieving a significant milestone as a published author.
His piece, โAng Isang Government Employee,โ featured in Scholarly Lens: A Literary Magazine for Educators (Volume 2, Issue 4), reflects the dedication, humility, and silent perseverance of a public servantโcapturing the realities of service behind the scenes.
This achievement highlights his passion for storytelling and stands as an inspiration to fellow educators and studentsโproving that perseverance and dedication can turn ideas into impactful written works.
Congratulations, Sir Rey, on this well-deserved milestone!
