The EVSU Burauen Campus, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to
procure of common office supplies for the following offices: RDO, Accounting, Agriculture,
IGP, Cashier, BEMD, Budget, HTMD, CD, & Education Department use in accordance with
Sec. 34 of the New Government Procurement Act of RA 12009.
Quotations received exceeding the total Approved Budget for the Contract shall be rejected.
Submit your quotation duly signed by you or your authorized representative not later than the
closing date specified in the Bid Notice Abstract posted in Philgeps website with the following
documents:

Please submit the accomplished quotation on or before the deadline.
