Eastern Visayas State University-Burauen campus conducted the 1st ever Pinning Ceremony for Teacher Interns, in Camp Kawayan Resort, Brgy. Balorinay Burauen Leyte.
The activity started with a eucharistic mass followed by the ceremony. The event was graced by the Campus Director of EVSU-BC, Dr. Eduardo A. Bagas, the Sangguniang Bayan Member of Burauen, Leyte, Hon. Oscar Cagara and the head of the Education Department, Dr. Daisy T. Pedere.
The guest speaker, Mrs. Salveh P. Renomeron, Master Teacher I from Burauen National High School, graced the event with her inspirational message emphasizing to worry not and take one step at a time in their teaching internship process. She then highlights the different things that students should remember as a teacher intern.
The event concluded as Dr. Edna P. Modina, head of the Students Affairs and Services Office, delivered her message accentuating the importance of the activity as this activity signifies the start of their internship journey.
