University President, Dr. Dominador O. Aguirre, Jr. releases Memorandum No. 03-08-2020 regarding EVSU Alternative Work Arrangement. It is in consonance with Executive Order No. 2020-03-17 issued by the Honorable Mayor Alfred S. Romualdez of Tacloban City, Leyte. The whole Eastern Visayas State University system hereby adopts the work-from-home arrangement effective 23 March to 13 April 2020, except the Security Services Personnel.

Along this vein, the heads of the administrative and academic units are enjoined to resort to online monitoring and sustained collaboration so as not to impede the organizational operations of the university.

This further supersedes Memorandum No. 03-06-2020 issued on March 18, 2020.

Further announcement will follow upon the issuance of written memorandum from the university president.
